What operators ask first.

Do my guests need an app or a wallet?+

No. Guests scan a QR and opt in with a phone number. A bonuz account is created silently in the background — they never see it unless they want to. If they later open the bonuz app, everything is already there.

Does this replace my POS?+

No. bonuz runs alongside Foodics, Revel, Toast, Square or whatever you use. Your payments and orders stay there. The bonuz venue app is a light validation point for engagement actions: staff scan a QR or NFC, the perk, voucher or membership is applied in one tap, and the bill routes through your POS as normal.

Is this crypto? Is it regulated?+

The guest experience uses zero crypto. Underneath, bonuz is independently audited 10/10. Fiat payments go through regulated third-party providers. Bonuz Technology DMCC holds a VARA non-objection confirming it's not a VASP.

What does it actually cost?+

Self-serve setup on app.bonuz.market is free to start. You pay as you scale campaigns and seats. The Upgrade Class is free-to-low-cost. Concierge onboarding is quoted per venue.

Can I export my guest list?+

Yes. CSV export anytime. Your guest graph is yours, portable by design.

Do I need to be in Dubai to use bonuz?+

No. bonuz works globally. The self-serve path at app.bonuz.market takes under a day and is identical wherever your brand operates. Dubai is our launch city and our team is based here, so hands-on concierge service is easiest in the UAE, but every feature is the same anywhere.

Can I onboard my brand from another city or country?+

Yes. Every brand, anywhere in the world, can self-serve on app.bonuz.market in under a day. Remote concierge is available for brands outside the UAE; we run the migration with you over video. In-person concierge is currently Dubai-based.
