Do my attendees need to know anything about crypto?
No. The bonuz app is designed so attendees sign in with email, Google or Apple ID — same as any modern app. The wallet is created and managed via MPC behind the scenes. They never see a seed phrase, never have to learn 'gas', and don't need any prior crypto knowledge.
Which chains does bonuz support for ticketing?
Multi-chain ticketing across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Base, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche and MegaETH, with more being added. Most event organisers default to Base or Polygon for low fees and fast finality.
How does token-gating work?
